Have your say at our Coastal research workshop

Chapel St Leonards 3

We're working towards a better informed future for our visitor economy and we need your help.

Destination Lincolnshire launched a 12-month research programme this year, with residents, visitors, non-visitors, and businesses across Greater Lincolnshire taking part to give us a comprehensive and robust understanding of our visitor economy, its strengths, weaknesses, and where we need to improve to maximise its potential.

A key part of this research programme is consulting with Lincolnshire businesses, gathering thoughts and evidence on their current challenges, ways we can address them, and how we can work together to:

  • Shape Lincoln and Lincolnshire into a world class visitor destination.
  • Create more value; get visitors to stay longer, explore further, and spend more.
  • Reduce any negative impact from tourism on the area.

You are therefore invited to attend a research workshop hosted by NGI Solutions at:

North Sea Observatory, Chapel Point, Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, PE24 5XA on Monday 26th August 2022, 11am – 1pm, hosted by Becky.

Refreshments will be provided for your comfort during the workshop.

Your input is vital to this research and will be used to inform plans for the destination and will shape Lincolnshire’s ‘Levelling Up’ agenda for the county’s £2.4bn visitor economy.

Spaces for each workshop are limited, so please do email Becky to register your interest. We are looking for a robust representation of businesses from across the county, with workshops currently being planned countywide.
